I don't like to overeat. It makes me sleepy and unproductive. If I have to get something done, Ill just eat a light meal or something small to tide me over until the task is complete. Being hungry is not that big of a deal to me; its comparable to being tired after work. If A=B and not eating makes me hungry then o-well.Whoop-dee-doo.
I dont like being hungry to the point of being weak. Thats a problem then. Like if its been 24 hours and all I have had is coffee, then my body and me dont get along very well. But thats just me.
I grew up not having meals at home with the family, it was always just grab-n-go, and eat if it is there. Kinda competitive with three other brothers. No importance was ever placed on mealtimes for me, and I still think that making all that food and being so ritualistic about it all seems like a huge waste of time. I have HOMEWORK AND WORK that eat my time, so 4 hours a day revolving around food with its preparation and consumption is not my bag baby.
What is my bag is me digging in the fridge and grabbing an apple or an orange, and leaving. I never overeat like this, the only time I do seems like when I sit down and have a boring meal. If I got stuff to do, and its a weekday, I need to get to gettin and not be getting fatter by overeating. YA I SAID IT.
